Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any Canada Post location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
